ZGMF-X13A

Kit used-DevilArts MG 1/100 Providence Gundam

Like the other ZGMF-X series of Gundams created by ZAFT in CE 71, the Providence is equipped with Neutron Jammer Canceller and powered by a nuclear reactor. It is also armored with Phase Shift armor and features armaments reverse engineered from the stolen mobile suits of the Earth Alliance. Initially designed as a close combat unit with large beam sabers, the Providence is later changed into a DRAGOON system equipped unit when Rau Le Creuset is designated as its pilot and because it could be powered by the nuclear reactor[1], but it still retains the heavy armor of the former's design. As this change is made after the main body's design is completed, some of the new parts could not be integrated into the body. An example is the six quantum communication cables running from the backpack to the chest that are mounted externally due to lack of interior space. Though exposed, these cables still have solid protection as they are covered by Phase Shift armor.

Modeling By Alan Kwan

Jan 2017

My New Year's second work is up to PROVIDENCE GUNDAM. Before talking about my colour paint, MG PROVIDENCE GUNDAM of Bandai haven’t Officially on sale yet. Tis kits is from DevilArts in mainland. To be fair, I am a model maker for twenty years that about 60% of Bandai MG I have made and painted. This DevilArts’ product -PROVIDENCE GUNDAM is high level modded , for Invisible incision the whole model has zero gap setting , The detail is just fine but not too much, The kits was engraved very meticulous. I think DevilArts is a Sincerity in gudam model. The use of color, I painted mainly in grey. Cold gray, warm gray, medium gray and light grey four Tones were chosen. Blue is painted with three Tones, Metal colour was used for Metal Parts. Some extra decal was placed as well.
